Life & Style Magazine reports that Britney Spears is claiming that ex-husband Kevin Federline smokes pot in front of their kids, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.

"Britney believes that Kevin's been smoking pot in front of the kids," says a friend of Spears. "She can smell it in the boys' hair and on their clothes when she has her visitation with them."

Spears, who has been photographed smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol in front of her kids, worries that her sons are in danger of Federline and is determined to have her kids drug tested to confirm her suspicions. "She's asked the court-appointed monitor and her lawyers if they can prove the kids have been exposed to environments in which drugs have been taken," says the source. "They told her she should snip off a few strands of their hair right after they've returned from Kevin's place and have them analyzed in a lab."

If Sean Preston and Jayden James test positive for pot, K-Fed could lose custody… and his title of "Father of the Year."
