Kirsten Dunst Wins Order Against Stalker

The celebrity stalker trend has been on the rise over the past few months – and now, just like fashionable rat dogs who are carried around in purses, celebrities are now toting their own stalkers. The least likely celebrity to have their own stalker is Kirsten Dunst, who is known more for getting drunk than actually acting in movies.

However, she apparently has a guy who has repeatedly been seen lurking about her property and today, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Richard E. Rico granted Dunst a retraining order against 25 year-old Christopher R. Smith.

Neither Dunst or Smith appeared at the hearing. Smith has been ordered to stay away from Dunst, as well as her personal assistant, her home, and any place she may work.
