We at The Beat are committed to keeping you in-the-know when it comes to celebrity sex tapes. Yesterday, we reported that Sex and the City's good girl Charlotte York (Kristin Davis) has a naughty, naughty sex tape.

There are at least 20 Kristin Davis photos making the rounds and TMZ is reporting that there is in fact no sex tape, just racy pics which were taken in 1992 by a disgruntled ex-boyfriend who sold them for cold hard cash. Classy dude. The pics have now found themselves in the hands of a skeevy third party and now they're available online for our viewing pleasure. Thanks skeevy third party!
