John McCain may have done some serious, serious PR damage when he lied to David Letterman in order to ditch his show for Katie Couric's.
David Letterman wouldn't let McCain off the hook Thursday, saying he felt like an "ugly date" because of the fiasco.
"That's what I feel like, I feel like an ugly date," Letterman said. "I feel used. I feel cheap. I feel sullied."
Letterman then made McCain quips the focus of the night, even using him as the subject for his infamous "Top 10″ list.
McCain's mouthpiece said Thursday that McCain "felt this wasn't a night for comedy."
"We deeply regret offending Mr. Letterman, but our candidate's priority at this moment is to focus on this crisis," Nicole Wallace said on NBC's Today show.

With his recent stunts, John McCain has demonstrated he is too erratic to be President. What he is going to do if he's President and a major crisis hits, suspend the Constitution?
Focus on the crisis? He was doing an interview and then f*cking up the meeting to which he wasn't invited.
