Lindsay Lohan Drops Out of Emmy Awards Race

Lindsay Lohan has followed in the footsteps of Grey's Anatomy bitch Katherine Heigl and pulled her name out of the running to win an Emmy Award this year.

Heigl, who proclaimed last week that she "did not feel that [she] was given the material this season to warrant an Emmy nomination and in an effort to maintain the integrity of the academy organization" decided to withdraw her name from contention, is now pretty much hated by all the writers for Grey's Anatomy.

Lohan isn't quite as stupid, and has simply said that she's pulled out of the race to increase her chances next year after more guest appearances on Ugly Betty. "The appearance was brief," a rep for Lohan told the L.A. Times. "We made a decision to wait."

Lohan is scheduled to appear in five whole episodes of Ugly Betty next year.

And as for those constant rumors that Lohan is difficult to work with, Ugly Betty creator Silvio Horta says, "She was terrific - a pleasure. She came in early and was very pleasant."

Wow. Lohan must've given Horta a few good blow jobs or something. Well played.
