After emerging from rehab, Lindsay Lohan came across one of the longest dry spells of her career. One of her biggest issues with employment was that movie studios didn't want to pay the big bucks it would cost to insure her. However, Nu Image/Millennium Films Overnight Productions has finally taken the chance with her. Production is to start next week on their latest comedy, Labor Pains.

Lohan will play an assistant at a publishing house who pretends to be pregnant in a final attempt to keep her job. She will star alongside Chris Parnell, Cheryl Hines, Luke Kirby and Connie Britton.
