U.K. magazine Female First is reporting that friends and family of actress Lindsay Lohan are trying to keep her away from a lesbian named Courtenay Semel. Since Lindsay recently completed a stint in rehab, trying to fix her drinking and drug addictions, those close to her are concerned that she might pick up "other bad influences" from the 28-year-old lesbo.

"They are all just leeches," a source close to LiLo told the New York Post. "They are trying to drag Lindsay down and use her for her fame."

And the lesbians aren't the only ones "trying to use Lindsay for her fame." Her self-proclaimed "White Oprah" mother, Dina Lohan, is trying to whore out Lindsay and the rest of her sibs in her new reality TV show, Living Lohan. Apparently Lindsay is pissed and wants nothing to do with the show.

According to Female First, Lindsay was overheard trashing her mother's show last week. "Lindsay looked like she was having a really good time," a source said. "But she got annoyed when someone brought up the Lohan reality show, and snapped, 'I'm not going to have anything to do with it.'"
