Old flames never die. Courtenay Semel claims that DJ Samantha Ronson is not, in fact, Lindsay Lohan's first lesbian relationship. Semel claims that she was LiLo's first, reports U.K.'s News of the World.

"Everyone things Samantha is Lindsay's first lesbian love, but we were very passionate until her fear of being found out drove us apart," Semel said. "At the time, she was terrified her career would be over if she revealed her sexual tendencies.

"But then Samantha came on to the scene and I was dropped."

According to Semel, LiLo "bedded a string of men in a bid to suppress her lesbian urges – and to hide them from her public." This is also when Lohan sank deeper and deeper into her drug addictions.

According to a friend of Semel, Lohan and Semel met at a Malibu party in the summer of 2006. "From the start, Lindsay was very confused about her feelings for Courtenay, so she did more and more drugs to stifle the sexual attraction she was experiencing.

"But eventually, she just gave in and at every party, they'd kiss and touch each other in the corner. It's a miracle nobody found out.

"Both of them would do lines of cocaine in the toilets, then head home and fall into bed together."

Wow, sounds romantic.

According to News of the World, Lohan met Ronson in January 2007. "Back then, Samantha and Lindsay didn't have a physical relationship," Semel's friend continued. "She once said, 'Samantha's the father I never had.'"

Wow, sounds like Lohan has some mean daddy complex!

"Apparently, Samantha acted in a 'paternal' way towards her, giving her advice and cuddles."

While Lohan was at Promises rehab, she reportedly sent Ronson "I love you" notes while telling Semel that she loved her too. Oh no, she di'ent!

Lohan and Semel's lesbian relationship reportedly ended in December 2007.

Courtenay still can't understand how Lindsay is now so open with Samantha," Semel's source told News of the World. "Every time she sees a picture of them together, it kills her."
