Trouble is a-brewin' in Orange County and this time it ain't just a bunch of privileged attention whores squawking about each other behind their backs. One of the stars of the Real Housewives of Orange County was evicted from the lavish Laguna Beach home she was renting after defaulting on $12K worth of rent. Lynne Curtin was evicted from the home she rents on the show but refused to leave, .
Now TMZ is reporting that the homeowner claims Curtin looted the place, taking about $5,000 worth of furniture. The theft was reported to the Laguna Beach Police Department yesterday.
The homeowner also claims that Curtin left the place in a state, which damaged carpet and holes in the walls. The homeowner told TMZ: "I am blown away that grown people can behave this way. They have daughters, how can they seriously think they are setting an example."
TMZ did some digging and found that this isn't the first time Lynne and her family have been evicted. Back in 2003, they ran a similar scam, squatting until they were booted while owing $9,104 in back rent, which she allegedly never paid.

Lynne and Frank Curtin scammed me out of over $750,000. I am trying to collect the riverside County judgment I have against them for over $1,200,000 but they keep moving from rental to rental. If anyone knows their whereabouts, please contact me at (760) 668-9931. Mercury Manzano.
I evicted them from my Laguna Beach home in 2007. Evidently, they moved again since. They need to go to jail.
How can these women spend the money they spend and have problems with rent. Do they not know about their finances? Are their husbands that controlling that they have no clue what they owe or to who or what they owe. I pay my rent, power, car payment, car insurance first and if nothing is left then I do not spend…. is this just a poor people concept…. or is this just to much for the rich to realize.
You'all need to file a lien against Lynne's Bravo wages. I would think that would be do-able. See a lawyer about this Make her pay!!!!
Do not believe everything Manzano claims. He has used the following names, MERCURY SAMALA MARILLA; MERCURY MARK MARILLA; MERCURY MARILLA; RUDY M SAMALA-MARILLA; MERCURY SAMALA MARILLA; MARILLA DAY; KELLY PATRICK VALLEE; MERCURY ALLEN GOLDMAN; AND MERCURY MARK MANZANO, to evade liability for his wrongdoings. He has sued all his male lovers and went after innocent individuals when he was short of money. He also sued his own attorney and extorted money from him by forcing him to sign a promissory note on money that the attorney never borrowed. Manzano has been investigated by the U.S. Secret Service for credit fraud for using his father’s name to commit the fraud. He is a vindictive and bitter individual who has a criminal record for indecent exposure (CII record # Al 0528233 ). He is involved with a known career criminal and they own and operate a home/business security enterprise doing business as ICU SECURITY SYSTEMS INC., (Secretary of State Number: C3144835) Manzano has falsely identified LARRY GILLIN as his agent of service with the Secretary of State, who allegedly resides at 6951 White Avenue, Long Beach, California 90805. However, a search for “Larry Gillin” was conducted and no such person exists and the address indicated by Manzano to the Secretary of State, indicates that Harrison and Joanne Miller reside at 6951 White Avenue, Long Beach, California 90805. Manzano is a thief who had his business partner break into his previous business’ partner lover’s home and steal phone bills, records and download confidential information from that person’s computer in order to extort a statement to defend against the criminal charges against Manzano for perjury and burglary. The investigator in the criminal case said, he “Investigator Ibarra” will testify that he contacted witnesses and reviewed the evidence in the case involving the fraudulent submission of an application(s) to obtain driver’s license and or identification card from the Department of Motor Vehicles.” After admitting to the DMV charges during the hearing, and found guilty by the hearing officer, Manzano is now suing the State of California. He has filed a frivolous and vindictive claim because he is pissed. He is wasting tax payer’s money on a case that he know is wrong. Manzano was charged with four felony counts two violations of Penal Code 459 and two felony counts of violation of Penal Code 118a. The case is People v. Manzano, Indo Case Number: 063307. Manzano has been found guilty of perjury and falsification of DMV documents by the DMV hearing officer. When Manzano does not get his way or the man he wants, he sues them. He has no honor, no respect for friendship and will betray anyone for a penny. He is also known for buying a house, then selling one house in the same area to a friend or family member for a high price, bring the market value of the remaining houses to a higher price, then taking a mortgage on those remaining house, and after go into default. He uses his so called friends and hides behind them when he knows he either committed a crime or did something wrong. Do not feel pity or sadness for this man, he does not deserve it. What he does deserve is to go to jail. Do not help this man, in fact, if you know any victims of this evil and diabolic man, have them contact the FBI, District Attorney or local law enforcement. LET RIGHT BE DONE.

Mr Manzano has always treated everyone fair in his business dealings…He has been more than fair with sales of homes to many people .

Mr. Manzano, or who ever he is most certainly is a con artist. Mercruy put my home on a MLS stating a very low price without me knowing it or having a real estate contract. Later he came to me stating he had buyers. Of course he had buyers, he listed it for $500,000 below market value. He also wanted me to do an under the table deal to sell his buyer the house and I'd get $75,000 under the table.
He further contacted my bank without my permission and discussed a short sale when I am in a chapter 11 bankruptcy. I took the author of the post's advice about Mercury. I have made a formal complaint against him to the California Real Estate Board, and plan to sue him for damages in Civil Court.
The posting before mine is the mother of the 2 time felon he does alot of illegal dealings with. This person hasn't paid income tax for years, got a passport under a false name and is the devil in disquise.
As for Sandra, she's nearly in the grave from being a chain smoker. Much like her son, she has no job, lives in a trailer, and lives off the state or other people. Her son leads a parasitic lifestyle preying on older gay men, then trys to sue them for claiming he's owed this, or is promised money for his company.
SANDRA…….get a life, you've got too much free time while dying talking to your son and coniving ways to extort money out of people.

The Curtins have been scamming people since 2005. Go to the courts and check out their fantastic record. Maybe Lynn should live within her means and possible her overgrown deadbeat children should get a JOB. To put this nonsense on TV is horrifying. There is not a person in the world with a head on their shoulders that should be renting to these people. Sickening. And Mr. M, got a judgement against these people and unless you have proof, no Judge in the world would rule in his favor. The rest is a non issue in relation to this case. How pitiful….possible Lynn and Frank should put the pot pipe down and work.
