Britain's News of the World is reporting that Madonna and Guy Ritchie may be calling it quits. The two are supposedly agreeing to end their marriage on good terms because they've simply "fallen out of love with each other."

A source for the tabloid said, "Guy has failed to show up at events which are important to Madge. He just hasn't taken as much interest as he has previously in what she's doing."

This rumor was also fueled by Ritchie's failure to show up at Madonna's inauguration into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame.

"She has finally made the decision to go to America and has instructed her staff to prepare for the move. Everything will go—except Guy," the source revealed.
