According to the New York Post Page Six, Madonna's brother, Christopher Ciccone, is about to release a tell-all book about the singer.

The siblings, who were once very close, reportedly had a falling-out a few years ago, and Ciccone has now collaborated with British journalist Wendy Leigh on a "brutal" expose.

"It's extremely graphic and devastating," a source told Page Six. "He wrote it on the sly without telling Madonna. They want to put it out before her lawyers can get a hold of it."

The book is due out next month and has a run of 350,000 copies.

"We'd heard rumors, but didn't realize he'd actually written it," a source close to Madonna said. "He was there through the crazy years and has many stories to tell, I'm sure. He's seen it all. Oh my."
