According to celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, diva Mariah Carey has married singer Nick Cannon. According to Perez, the couple eloped in a secret ceremony on Wednesday.

Latina magazine confirms that a source close to Cannon confirmed the news, saying the shotgun wedding was "very impulsive." Um, no shit, Sherlock.

Rumors started swirling earlier this week when Mariah sported a gigantic rock on her ring finger. Sources now confirm that the ring is a recycled engagement ring that Cannon once gave fiancee model Selita Ebanks.

Mariah's close friend, rapper DaBrat, was one of the few guests in attendence, reports Latina mag.
