Mel Gibson's Girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva Pregnant?

Mel Gibson might have some explaining to do to the big man in the sky. The actor, who is in the middle of divorce proceedings with his wife Robyn, may have impregnated his mistress.

The National Enquirer, "In late April, Mel gathered his children at the family home in Malibu and broke the news that Oksana is pregnant, and he expects them to accept the baby as a new sibling. They are quite upset. Even though Mel assured them the pregnancy was unplanned, they're furious with him and say they're going to take steps to protect their inheritance, which they feel is in jeopardy."

Thirty-nine-year-old Oksana Grigorieva is apparently three months along. Robyn Gibson filed for divorce back in April citing "irreconcilable differences." The couple married back in 1980 before Mel he was famous and therefore there was no prenup. Under California law, in a divorce community property and earnings is divided 50/50.
