Mickey Rourke was arrested this morning after flipping a bitch in front of police on his Vespa. A photographer happened to be handy at the scene and caught exactly what went down.

According to a photographer: "The cop says to him: 'You swerved right in front of me.' And Mickey answered: 'No, no, dude, I'm all right.' "

In the police report however, Rourke asked the cop, "What the fuck did I do?" He later said, "I'm not drunk. I didn't even drink that much." The cop reported that Rourke had "a flushed face, bloodshot watery eyes, slurred speech and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath."
