According to Hollyscoop, the badly dressed Mischa Barton was arrested early this morning on the corner of La Cienega and Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood for DUI, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license. No word on whether she was wearing mom jeans at the time of the arrest.

Barton is currently in custody and is being held on $10,000 bail.

Barton is best known for her role as Marissa in the seriously SoCal show, "The OC."
