Just after he was injured in a car accident with a woman who was not his wife, Morgan Freeman announced he was divorcing his wife of 24 years, Myrna Colley-Lee.

Freeman was driving a female friend's Nissan Maxima in rural Mississippi when he lost control and the car flipped. Freeman broke his shoulder and arm, while his friend was treated for her injuries and released.

Reportedly, Freeman has been separated from his wife, costumer Myrna Colley-Lee, since December 2007.
