Supermodel Naomi Campbell was hospitalized in Sao Paulo, Brazil to have a small cyst removed, People magazine reports. The 37-year-old British supermodel was in the northeastern city of Salvador to celebrate Carnival this month. She was admitted to Sirio Libanes hospital on Monday night.

"Naomi Campbell was admitted to hospital [Monday night] to have a small cyst removed," her publicist in London said. "Following the successful procedure, she is now resting and is looking forward to getting back to work. She would like to thank the doctors who have kindly looked after her."

Hmmmm, wonder if she slapped any of the nurses?
