Naomi Campbell lit up in an upscale Upper East Side restaurant, Nello. If you've never heard of Nello, then obviously you've never paid $32 for a plate of calamari. It's good times. The $15 beer is especially tasty.

I digress… the point is, Naomi Campbell thinks that because she's a raving maniac, she doesn't have to abide by the rules us regular folk have to follow. And you know what? She's right.

Campbell puffed on a cigarette in a New York restaurant, an act that has been banned since 2003 and no one approached her to tell her to put it out. No one would dare.
