It all started when, on March 17, Natalie Portman was seen making out with a then married Sean Penn at Sunset Tower Hotel’s Tower Bar. Well, not too surprisingly that led up to a divorce for Penn and his wife, Robin Wright Penn.

Now, it seems, that the Sean Penn and Natalie Portman affair was more than just a fling. The two have continued seeing each other right through Penn’s divorce being finalized last week.

The affair was allegedly, the straw that broke the marriage’s back as a source to Star Magazine reports that Robin Wright Penn was “furious he was messing around with such a young star.”

The source also stated that, “She stimulates him in ways no other person has, mentally or professionally. There's a lot more there with Natalie than any of the other girls Sean's been with.”

Natalie Portman, who has managed to dodge the tabloids for almost her entire career, has now been sucked in pretty deep. Will this be a scandal that dogs her like Angelina Jolie’s nabbing of Brad Pitt? Or is Portman’s image just too squeaky clean for anybody to care?
