Ex-boy bander and ex-husband to Jessica Simpson, Nick Lachey will be returning to reality TV soon. Lachey's first stint on reality TV was starring alongside Simpson in MTV's Newlyweds, which documented Lachey cleaning up after his annoying wife and realizing what an idiot she was.

Now, US magazine reports that the former 98 Degress frontman will be teaming up with MTV again to produce a "reality show version of Fame." According to the Hollywood Reporter, the show's working title is Celebrity Music Mentor Project and will track the lives of students attending Lachey's alma mater, the School for Creative and Performing Arts in Cincinnati, Ohio. According to MTV's executive VP of series development and programming, Tony DiSanto, the show will have a similar feel to "MTV's Laguna Beach."

Lachey's ex, Simpson, is also set to return to TV on a CMT music special about her recording her country album.
