This is the first child for 38-year-old Clytie Lane, an English actress, writer and personal trainer and the second for 66-year-old Nick Nolte, who has a son, actor Brawley Nolte, from a former marriage. The yet-to-be-named baby, was born on Wednesday, Oct. 3 weighing 7 pounds 13 ounces.

Nolte is currently filming the next Ben Stiller comedy, "Tropic of Thunder." Nolte has been nominated for an Oscar twice: 1991's "The Prince of Tides" and in 1997 for "Affliction." Nolte is also famous for pleading no contest to driving under the influence of a drug he claims to have consumed in a bodybuilding supplement.
