Barack Obama has been working to put together his administration, which includes Robert Gibbs as his choice for White House press secretary - and he has now announced he will now hold his first press conference as President-elect at 2:30 p.m. ET. in Chicago. With the big dip in the Dow since his victory Tuesday night, Obama's press conference will address America's economic issues.

In his press conference, Obama will offer the press information as to how he will put his economic plans into action and who he is bringing on board to help him achieve these goals. Rahm Emanuel was chosen yesterday to be his chief of staff and David Axelrod to be his senior advisor.  Obama is currently meeting with his team of economic advisers.
