Paris Hilton must be really jealous of friend Nicole Richie. The heiress is reportedly dating Benji Madden of Good Charlotte, the twin brother of Richie's baby daddy, Joel Madden, also of Good Charlotte.

"Yes, they are dating," a source confirmed to People magazine. "It's pretty serious."

Hmmm, perhaps Hilton, who admitted to David Letterman on his late night show that seeing Richie's newborn baby, Harlow Winter Madden, had her wanting a baby of her own, is hoping that Benji will help her produce some spawn?

According to People, Benji just recently split from his fiancee, Sophie Monk, but has been seen making out all over town with Hilton since.
