Paul McCartney Plans Farewell Tour

As he's reaching the ripe old age of 70, Paul McCartney is done with touring and will do one farewell tour going only to locations he's never played before. So far, Paul has decided on China's Tiananmen Square and the area surrounding Berlin's Checkpoint Charlie. Shows in Brazil are slated April, with more to follow.
A source told The Sun, "Paul wants to go out with a bang. He's played countless stadiums over his 50-year career and is on the hunt for the most unusual locations he can find. He realizes that the older he gets, the less his body will be able to cope with the demands of extended periods on the road."
McCartney plans to begin the tour in 2010 and will make stops around the world over the course of one year.




actually if actually went to a resent interview Paul did, he said his big touring days are over, he is a single parent. He did say he will do interesting dates from here on in, and he is not retiring.
