Paula Abdul Blasts American Idol, Simon Cowell

This could be it for Paula Abdul's career with American Idol. It surfaced today that Abdul ranted about Idol producers as well as Simon Cowell himself and accused them of conspiring against her in an attempt to ruin her career.

Talking to Barbara Walters on her Sirius radio show last night about the tragic suicide of Abdul fanatic/stalker Paula Goodspeed, Abdul claimed that she begged producers not to allow Goodspeed, who she had a restraining order against, to audition for the show. However, producers stunned Abdul by surprising her when Goodspeed walked through the double doors and began her audition. Abdul also claims that Idol producers exposed her home address to Goodspeed, who Abdul claims sent her threatening letters.

"Fox broadcasting system literally gave my address away," Abdul said.

Fox has hired new judge, Kara DioGuardi, who may have been hired to push Paula out. The new season of American Idol starts January 13. Will Abdul be there? TMZ has part of the Paula Abdul audio clip.

    eh yes she will be there. they have shot 8 cities of auditions and also hollywood week. of course she will be there. and like… the producers did something wrong. she is just a defenseless little woman. it isnt her fault and she shouldnt be "fired" over it.
