Singer and "actress" Jessica Simpson has caused outrage at PETA after wearing a T-shirt that read "Real Girls Eat Meat." Now, PETA has taken a break from getting angry at the Olsen twins to fire at Simpson, reportedly urging her to become a vegetarian in order to increase her brain power.
A spokesperson for PETA told the U.K.'s Female First magazine, "Jessica Simpson's meaty wardrobe malfunction makes us thankful that no one is looking to her for food advice. Chicken of the sea anyone? The woman who thought that that Buffalo 'Wings' came from buffaloes would benefit from some good veggie brain food."
However, according to OK! magazine, an insider close to the star says that she wore the T-shirt in order to take a stab at boyfriend Tony Romo's ex-girlfriend, Carrie Underwood, who has been named World's Sexiest Vegetarian by PETA twice.
"Jess is sick of hearing about how Tony still has feelings for Carrie," the insider told OK! "She's obviously trying to poke fun at her rival and let her know who really has Tony's heart."

I think this is ABSURD! C'mon PETA, it's funny! Geez…
FYI, here's the shirt:
Real Girls Eat Meat.
I personally was more offended by the pink Cowboys shirt.
But I didn't CRY about it.
I was planning on wearing my I Love This Bar and Grill, Las Vegas shirt tomorrow. Think I should e-mail PETA and ask permission?
