Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty will be heading into the slammer for 14 weeks, according to celebrity blogger Perez Hilton. The coke head was arrested for breaking his probation order.

"Doherty was jailed for his breach of time keeping, non compliance of his order and using different drugs," a court spokesperson told U.K.'s Metro newspaper.

Doherty's jail sentence for drug and motoring offences were suspended by Judge Davinder Lachar back in October 2007. However, yesterday, he was taken from West London Magistrates' Court following a 30 minute hearing.

Babyshambles has a show scheduled at Royal Albert Hall on April 26 and will now not be able to perform. However, a spokesperson for EMI reassures, "The show is due to be rescheduled and all tickets will be valid for the new date once it has been announced.

"Peter was very much looking forward to the show and would like to offer his sincerest appologies to all his fans and to all those concerned."
