Who would of thought that three hot women all sharing the same boyfriend would be a source of contention? Apparently, according to our well-informed friends over at TMZ, the E! reality show The Girls Next Door is facing squabbling amongst the cast, which is comprised of Hef's three hot girlfriends, Holly Madison, Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt. The show wants us to believe that all three girls share Hef's bed, and live together harmoniously — while also vying for that Macguffin — the coveted spread in Playboy.

Not so, TMZ has uncovered. Apparently, one of the girls (Holly) feels like she's above the others and now the drama on the set is at an all-time high. Kendra, who doesn't take shit, is not taking Holly's crap while Bridget just tries to keep the peace. TMZ is also reporting that Holly's take-charge attitude is affecting the magazine as well. She wants to have editorial control over the mag's spreads — which is not going over well with longtime (and more qualified) employees.
