Jamie Waylett,who has played bully Vincent Crabbe in all six "Harry Potter" movies, was charged this week with producing a Class B drug after police searched his home and found his magically delicious hydroponic pot garden.

The search was in connection with Waylett's April 2 arrest, which was when police pulled him over in his Audi and discovered the actor had around $2,900 worth of bagged weed.

If Waylett is convicted of growing pot, he could face a maximum of five years in prison.

The latest installment in the "Harry Potter" series, "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince," celebrated its world premiere in London on Tuesday. The new film opens in theaters July 15 and yes, Vincent Crabbe makes a return appearance. But you have to wonder if Waylett will be permanently expelled from Hogwart's School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
