The Beat has never claimed to be unbiased. Therefore, we can say without hesitation that Dr. Phil is a big old phony baloney poopy head. That's right.

And thankfully, finally — people are starting to catch on.

According to TMZ, an unnamed person has filed a complaint against the "get real" TV doc. The complaint cites that Phil, who retired his Texas license in 2006, has practiced without a license in California, which is a felony. The complaint also notes that Phil's failed "intervention" with pop wreck Britney Spears and the subsequent press releases he sent out about her afterward, violated HIPAA laws by "discussing or divulging a patient's medical condition… with the media."

If the complaint is indeed true, Dr. Phil could be taken off the air.

The skeletons are falling out of the closet for Dr. Phil. Just one trip to Wikipedia will reveal that the "Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists imposed disciplinary sanctions on Phil in 1989 for an inappropriate relationship." According to the Wikipedia entry, Phil admitted to giving one of his clients a job at his office (which is not allowed), but denied carrying on a sexual relationship with the 19-year-old, who says their relationship was "sexually inappropriate." Dr.Phil was ordered to take an ethics class and undergo various other sanctions, which he did not complete.

He has also been criticized for one particular show where he accused a guest of child molestation, then "bullied" him into taking a lie detector test on the show, all without a lawyer. Since the taping, the man took another lie detector test, which he passed.
