Rihanna has been ordered to appear at Chris Brown’s preliminary hearing on June 22nd. She will most likely be asked to give testimony about the night Brown beat the crap out of her. This will be the first time she has publicly spoken of the incident since it happened in February, so it will be interesting to see what she says.

Donald Etra, Rihanna's attorney, told RadarOnline.com that Rihanna has been subpoened at the hearing, which will go down June 22nd.

Regarding the news that Brown may get a dismissal due to the police leaking the photos of Rihanna, reportedly, the judge assigned to the case doesn't seem to be on the same page. Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos says that because evidence was sold to TMZ by officers involved in the case, their credibility has been compromised and thus, the case should be thrown out. However, Judge Patricia Schnegg denied a request to allow Geragos to gain access to confidential LAPD personnel records so that he can find out who leaked the photograph to the media.

Schnegg also said that although the leak of photo was wrong, "but that does not impact the validity of the police investigation and the arrest of your client."
