Rihanna is telling cops she wants her jewelry back. Apparently, her jewelry was confiscated by cops as "evidence" the night she was attacked by her former boyfriend, Chris Brown.
Rihanna's attorney Donald Etra, filed a motion on Tuesday claiming that police seized a pair of earrings and three rings as evidence after the Feb. 8 attack in Los Angeles. Unfortunately for Rihanna, the $1.4 million worth of jewelry was on loan for the Grammy's and the designers who loaned them out to the singer want them back.
"The investigating officer gave me his opinion that photographs would be sufficient, and the D.A. said to write her a letter and they'd consider returning it," Etra said. "I have heard nothing since the last letter to the D.A."
Brown plead not guilty to two felonies. He is slated to appear back in court on April 29.
