Many people were shocked when Sean Penn announced that he was divorcing his wife of 11 years Robin Wright Penn at the end of December, and now the New York Daily News is uncovering that actress Sienna Miller might be the reason why.

The Daily News reports that both Penn and Miller attended a party held at the New York hotel. "Sienna was sitting on Sean's lap. She was dressed very sexily. She had her arm around his neck," a source told the Daily News.

However, a friend of Penn insists that there was nothing going on between the two. "Sienna is like that with everyone. She's very physical. She drapes herself over people she likes. She doesn't mean a lot by it."

Instead, the actress, who was once cheated on by Jude Law, is reportedly dating Notting Hill actor Rhys Ifans.
