Olympic Gold Medalist Shawn Johnson got a scare last night when a stalker showed up at Dancing with the Stars on Monday. He was trying to climb a fence of the CBS studio. When cops searched 34-year-old Robert O'Ryan, cops say he had two loaded guns and duct tape in his car.

Johnson's mother has filed a restraining order against Johnson. According to documents filed by Johnson, "The LAPD searched [O'Ryan's] vehicle and located a loaded .45 handgun, a loaded shotgun, and materials classically used for kidnapping including duct tape, zip ties, and a map to the victim. Also found were love letters, clippings and other information on the victim."

O'Ryan apparently has been stalking Shawn for a while now, and said he believed Shawn was speaking to him through the TV and said he knew they would have a child together. He apparently has the 17-year-old's home address and knows where she goes to school.

O'Ryan is currently in custody and will most likely be charged with multiple offenses, including stalking. TMZ reports that Johnson TMZ has a new personal bodyguard, who's already been spotted shadowing her around town. Sources tell us Shawn's protector is an off-duty police officer.
