Shayne Lamas Keeping Bachelor Matt Grant's Engagement Ring

Even though Bachelor winner Shayne Lamas dumped Brit bachelor Matt Grant's ass last week, she's decided to keep the 2.85-carat Tacori platinum and diamond eternity ring, because… who wouldn't?

"I have it and I am going to keep it forever for the rest of my life," Lamas told People magazine. "It's safe and clean and in a glass box like a glass slipper."

And according to People, Grant is happy with that arrangement and "wants to come over and look at it."

Lamas also insists that infidelity was never the reason for breaking off their engagement. The 22-year-old daughter of Renegade star Lorenzo Lamas was spotted partying in Las Vegas with a local business on the heels of breakup reports. "I want to clear this up 100 percent," said Lamas. "That [Vegas trip] had nothing to do with our breakup. I was in Vegas with friends. Matt and I had already broken up. So I was a single 22-year-old woman having fun."

According to People, Lamas insists that she will try to stay single for a while now. "If I find the man, I'll do it, but I'm going to give this the two-year test. And then marry him. I think I've learned that two months is a little two short."

    Shayne should definitely return the engagement ring to Matt who then should return it to ABC since they paid for it. An engagement ring is given as a promise to wed, and if that doesn't happen, it needs to be returned. She is coming off as a user of both Matt and the show.
