Actress Sienna Miller was once the victim of adultery. Her at-the-time fiance Jude Law cheated on her with his children's nanny. Now, Miller is playing the part of the mistress. She enjoyed a romantic holiday in Italy with married man Balthazar Getty, reports U.K. magazine Female First.

The Factory Girl actress was spotted kissing and getting frisky with the 33-year-old married actor on a yacht with friends. Miller, who recently split from Notting Hill actor Rhys Ifans, was photographed tanning topless and rubbing herself all over Getty.

"Sienna was literally beaming," a source told Female First. "She seemed completely at ease, very relaxed and very happy. Balthazar had his arm around her most of the time, and they didn't leave each other alone throughout the yacht trip."
