After British actress Sienna Miller was caught canoodling with married father of four Balthazar Getty, a media frenzy ensued and the paparazzi went on an all-out hunt to capture images of Miller. Now, Miller is firing back with a lawsuit, arguing that her life has become intolerable since this "campaign of harassment" by the photographers has ensued.

Miller is specifically targeting UK agency Big Pictures and its founder, Darryn Lyons. The agency, her lawyer argues, has caused Miller "substantial alarm, fear and enormous distress."

According to her lawyer David Sherborne, Miller was chased while driving and there were "other forms of physical and verbal intimidation or abuse in their attempts to obtain photographs of her for commercial exploitation."

Sherborne goes on to claim that the conduct of the photogrpahers has violated her human rights. A judge will hear the trial on January 12.

I agree with Sunseeker, Sienna has not right to sue the tabloids after all the damage she has done she should be the one to pay. She is a tart, a pathetic tart.
