Stephanie Birkitt is David Letterman's assistant, one of his "top staffers" and apparently, one of the women he had an affair with. Letterman and Birkitt had a relationship that ended before 2003, when his son Harry was born.

Radaronline reports, "Birkitt and Letterman slept together for a period of time before he married his girlfriend Regina had their son Harry."

Birkitt lived with the accused blackmailer, Joe Halderman, but has long since moved out of his home. She is reportedly “mortified" that Halderman is using her affair with Letterman to blackmail him.
