Former Guns 'N Roses drummer and Celebrity Rehab graduate, Steven Adler, was arrested on January 26th and charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance. TMZ reports that Adler was released the same day on $50,527 bail. However, Adler's peeps sent TMZ the revised version, claiming that he was not under the influence at the time of his latest arrest.

Adler was busted last July for possession of narcotics, being under the influence and for an outstanding warrant because he hadn't finished his community service in the time frame given by the judge. Here's where it gets complicated: when Adler went to register as a drug offender on the 26th, cops arrested him on the warrant for not finishing his community service, which stemmed from a July arrest where he was charged with "being under the influence of a controlled substance."
