Surprise: Kevin Federline is a Slob

TMZ is breaking the story that Kevin Federline is a slob! Federline is apparently being sued for $110,661 by the landlords who own the home he rented in Tarzana. They claim he absconded with six months still left on the lease and used the property as a giant ashtray. Among the damages are permanent spit marks on exterior paint, dismantled smoke detectors, drawings all over the walls and dead trees and plants due to failure to water.

You know who the real idiots are in this story? The landlords. If Kevin Federline wanted to rent my high-end estate, no matter how much of Britney's money he was waving in my face, I would decline. Firstly, the "dead trees and plants due to failure to water" claim is laughable because really, does this guy look like he'll prune your bushes? Secondly, Federline most likely reeks of KFC and cigarettes and is probably quite familiar with the skid mark. Therefore, rent at your own risk.
