The Bachelorette: DeAnna Pappas Has Her Pick

After saying goodbye to the bubbly Jenni Croft, fans of The Bachelor gripped the arms of their La-Z-Boys to watch the impending proposal between their favorite hunky bar owner Brad Womack and DeAnna Pappas.

After Brad told DeAnna that they both shared the same ideas on marriage, Brad confessed, "I just said goodbye to Jenni" and let DeAnna momentarily feel the joy of victory. But–then… Brad loosened his tie and his smile morphed into a look of terror before he excused himself to walk in circles.

"I can't give you any promises that I can't keep," Brad told DeAnna, "I have to say goodbye."

Needless to say, both DeAnna herself and fans were up in arms over the lack of closure. So tonight, DeAnna, 26, is back for a second chance at love and she gets to choose from among 25 bachelors in her own bid for true love in The Bachelorette.

"I feel like this will be my fairytale ending," Pappas told host Chris Harrison before she met the guys.

DeAnna was then introduced to 25 men — including a science teacher, a math teacher, an actor named "Spero," an investment banker, a pro baseball player, a chef, a martial arts master (cool gig), a Canadian, a guy in a funny jacket, an oyster farmer and as always, a token virgin.

Upon meeting them — there was much humiliation; we at Bodog Beat laughed and groaned as the suitors awkwardly twirled Pappas and stared at her chest.

For her part, Pappas made the men tap dance by making ludicrous demands like, "tell me something funny" or "say something I wanna here." Awk-ward.

Other humiliating moments included a mixed martial arts master kicking a lemon off the head of the pro snowboarder.

Pappas handed out three first impression roses which were awarded to a lawyer named Jeremy, a pro snowboarder named Jesse and a science teacher named Richard.

We at Bodog Beat are picking an early frontrunner: Graham. Want to bet on reality TV? Get your Hell's Kitchen, Dancing with the Stars and American Idol odds in the Bodog Sportsbook.

I want a shot at pleasing the next bachelorette i am 26 years old 6 foot 3 and work in sales. I am from Canada and am looking for love and think that I could handle the pressure of your show. If this email is taken seriously i will send photo's to you and fill out any forms you like. I think that i should get subbed in instead of some of the crappy batchelors you have playing this time around.

    thanks

    Brad
