The Mist actor and husband to Patricia Arquette was nabbed getting the St. Patrick's Day party started early this year, and was arrested for a DUI in the wee morning hours of the infamous Irish holiday.

TMZ reports that Thomas Jane was pulled over for driving his Maserati at "an extremely high rate of speed" on California's I-5. The actor failed several field sobriety tests, and bombed the breathalyzer test. He was also reportedly driving with a suspended license. His arraignment is set for April 9th.
