Tom Cruise Unleashes Scientology Hounds on Andrew Morton

Famed biographer Andrew Morton is set to release a book that will reportedly reveal the truth about Scientology and Tom Cruise's dubious sexuality. Now, Tom's Scientology goons have descended upon Morton, and reportedly, Morton has been so thoroughly intimidated, he's been forced to go into hiding.

Morton said of his exile:

"I have received threats from the Scientologists and things have become pretty heavy – to the extent that it's almost more than my lawyers can handle… I've sold my flat and I'm not telling anyone where I'm moving to. I intend to disappear for a while."

Tom's Scientologists are no strangers to Sopranos-style confrontations. During some intense negotiations with Paramount a couple years ago, Cruise sent his Scientologists to a parking lot to confront studio head Brad Grey and pressure him into giving Tom a better deal. And then there was the recent death of David Hans Schmidt, a publicist Tom was mad at for blackmailing him. Schmidt's demise was ruled a suicide.

    The whole David Hans Schmidt story is being played up. Ypur actually doing $cientology a favor by reporting that the Co$ might have had something to do with his murder. It's not true. All that conspiracy theory does is create more fear of $cientology. Which is what they want. Fear is a big part of their scam, it keeps victims from speaking out, and make some critics afraid to use their voice.
