Yes, a whole 71 days after Michael Jackson abruptly passed away from an overdose of propopl, word on the street is the King of Pop will finally be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial-Park in Glendale, CA this evening. The funeral is set to begin around 7:00 PM PST.

Jackson will be placed in a crypt in the Holly Terrace section of the Great Mausoleum, which serves as the final resting place for such notable stars as Jean Harlow and Clark Gable.

Macauly Culkin, who may or may not be father to Jackson's son, Blanket, is apparently among the funeral attendees. TMZ is reporting that after the funeral, the Jacksons are throwing a party they're calling a "Celebration of Life" at an Italian eatery in Pasadena called Villa Sorriso Ristorante. They bought out the facility for the event and there will be about 150 people in attendance.

The cost of the lavish affiar will be picked up by Michael Jackson's estate. The police alone will be in the ballpark of $150K. The exact cost of event has not been publicized, but TMZ reports that a lawyer for the special administrators of Michael's estate said that the total cost would be "extraordinary."

I can't believe this writer would talk about Mcauly Culkin possibly being Blanket's father when a formal statement has been issued from him about how "prepostuous" the idea is. I won't be back to this site. Ridiculous!
