Perry was performing at an AIDS fundraiser in Toronto when the strap of her dress snapped and her nipple was exposed to the crowd.

The Daily Mail reports, "After throwing herself to the ground during an energetic performance of her new single Hot N' Cold, Perry soon found her assets struggling for release. As she knelt one stage beside her guitarist, her halterneck strap pinged off one side of her satin dress, causing it to slip down and reveal her nipples."
