Twilight Movie: Robert Pattinson Meet-and-Greet Goes Awry

Perezhilton reports that fans in San Francisco got out of control over the weekend during a Robert Pattinson meet-and-greet. In fact, they were so unruly, they were denied the chance to meet him at all. The highly mismanaged event saw thousands of rabid Twilight fans standing in line for hours with people cutting line, overcrowding and as one fan described, a "mosh pit" like environment – with one fan leaving the scene via ambulance.

With over 1,000 people in line and only 500 wristbands handed out, the Hot Topic-sponsored event turned ugly as people were being pushed up against glass doors of the mall. After the announcement that the event had been cancelled, people still continued to stand in line.

    i watched the movie twilight at the cinema today and i thought it was so good and sweet !! ohh and the guy robbert pattinson i think he is hot =]=] hmmm :P xxxxx

    Hi…
    My name is Tiffany i live in Wisconsin not a state with much going on. I just wanted to say thank to Stephanie Meyer you got me back into reading. I told myself that i would never read a thick book, but once i heard about your books and how everyone lovd them i was like let me borrow your book, and i read your books i couldnt stop. I read the Twilight Series in a week and a half. I also read The Host which was a great book. I like Twilight because it made my view on guys go up, so i think the guys are going to have to try harder now. Robert Pattison i just want to say you did a really great job as Edward, and you were also good in Harry Potter. I loved the chemistry you had with kristen i think thats her name sorry (Bella). And i think that looks arent everything, and that they are just an extra and in Stephanies Book i think thats how Edward and Bella are. And i will admit that Robert Pattison is Cute!!! But having looks arent everything and hopefully that people start to see that more. My last words are that i love Stephanies work….and i love Twilght. I cant wait to see the rest of the movies(hope they will be as good as the books) To all the cheerleaders!!!! Yay
