Uma Thurman's stalker is the real deal. This ain't your everyday guy who has a thing for watching Thurman in that tight yellow number in those Kill Bill flicks, no — Jack Jordan has told police that he and Uma were meant for one another. The 37-year-old Jordan confessed to officers he fell in love with Thurman after their "eyes connected" as he watched Kill Bill.
Jordan has just been found guilty of fourth-degree stalking and one count of second degree aggravated harassment by a Manhattan jury, which can mean up to a year behind bars for Jordan.
Jordan is accused of sending harassing e-mails to Thurman's father and brother, loitering for hours on the steps of Thurman's Manhattan apartment and visiting her trailer on a movie set. After being committed to a mental institution, he sent Thurman a cartoon of a razor blade and a picture of a bride without a head because he thought the images were funny and he hoped to endear himself to her.
He told police, "Years ago, I saw Uma Thurman in a movie and our eyes connected. I could see she was making contact with me. Over the years my attraction to her grew. We are meant to be together. She is a wonderful person."
"I was trying to, in a misguided way, get her to meet me… while adhering to the law as well as her privacy as best as I could," he said in court.
After being found guilty, Jordan was cuffed in the courtroom and remanded to custody.
