After a night out on the town, what better way to celebrate a good buzz than to hold a knife to the throat of your fellow party-goer? That was the thought process of Hollywood party girls Vanessa Minnillo and now-rehabbed Lindsay Lohan who were photographed in shocking knife-wielding poses. In one photo, a glazed-over looking Lindsay held a knife to Minnillo's throat. In another pose Lindsay held the blade in her mouth. Kids these days… they just don't party like they used to.

The shots were taken at musician Sean Lennon's apartment in the late hours of June 16, 2006, after a night out at a NYC hot spot.

A source told Us Weekly that host of MTV's "TRL" turned "Entertainment Tonight" correspondent, Vanessa Minnillo "got caught up in the moment and thought it would be fun. It was stupid and she regrets it. They were only fooling around."

In April, Vanessa's contract with Viacom, which owns both shows, ended and it's unclear as to whether Vanessa chose to leave the network or if they axed her. Amid rumors of her diva demands and poor work ethic, the recent knife-pictures leak could prove devastating to the career prospects of the former Miss Teen USA, who is now trying to pursue acting… because as we all know when you've reached a critical threshold of fame you suddenly become qualified to be an actor.
