Last year Big Brown was the big favorite to win the Kentucky Derby and he didn't disappoint the throngs of fans that wagered on him to win. Street Sense won it by  2 1/4 lengths in 2007 and before him it was Barbaro in 2006, who won it easily by an astounding 6 1/2 lengths. The 2009 Kentucky Derby may be one of the most exciting Derbies yet because there is no clear favorite to win. And that, horse racing fans, is a very good thing for you — the bettor.
