The juveniles will get their chance to prove their worth in the $150,000 Saratoga Special (G2) at Saratoga Race Course on August 20. Florida-bred D’Funnybone will be making his stakes debut as the 7-2 favorite in the field of nine juveniles. The 6 ½-furlong Saratoga Special is the longest distance D’Funnybone has ever raced.

The second favorite is Zip Quik, who is listed at 4-1. The two-year-old colt is coming off a second-place finish in last month’s $100,000 Hollywood Juvenile Championship (G3) at Hollywood Park. He has run all three of his career races on synthetic surfaces and will be tested on dirt for the first time.

At 8-1 the Florida-bred Tiny Woods also comes from the West to make his first start on dirt. Also set to go on Thursday are Thiskyhasnolimit, (5-1); China, (6-1); Flatter Than Me, (9-2); Insightful, (12-1); Activity Repot, (20-1); and Fearless Cowboy, (8-1).
